The Appeals Form and Appeals Policies are specified in the NIGP-CPP Requirements Manual. Please review the Manual for detailed information about next-steps, timelines and timeframes, and policies.

An initial appeal must be submitted via this form within twenty (20) business days following the date of any written decision or Official Score Report that the appellant wishes to appeal. Subsequent appeals require action within a specific number of days as outlined in the NIGP-CPP Requirements Manual.

The following actions are not appealable: 

• A failing score  
• Relevant work experience denied by the appellant’s employment verifier
• Failure of the appellant to respond to deadlines defined in the Appeals instructions in the NIGP-CPP Requirements Manual
